Coldfjall Sub-Xtreme Mitten 2.0

I typically would wear my Kuiu Axis gloves under my Kuiu Northstar Glommits in cold weather hunting. I was out last night calling coyotes with that configuration again (-2 F, 10 mph wind) after trying the Coldfjall Extreme Mittens in worse conditions. The Coldfjall are hands down warmer. I understand that this isn't a great direct comparison as both configurations are a bit different with different features/functionality. I have standard sized hands (size 8 surgical glove) and these fit well. A bit challenging to get hands in with fingerless wool gloves but capable. I wish they had wrist straps for when you quickly rip one off to get better dexterity/trigger pull, that way they wouldn't end up on the ground in the dark. But overall, definitely worth the money. Very warm. I would recommend them.
