FareWinds Merino FlexTec L2 Bib

The bottom half of the L2 system, for the coldest sits of the season.

The FareWinds Merino FlexTec L2 Bib is the outer layer bottom that pairs with the FareWinds Merino FlexTec L2 Jacket. The shell is our Merino FlexTec HighLoft, a jacquard knitted merino blend at 430 gsm (30% merino, 70% polyester), carried over QuietLoft Extreme insulation. Inside, a 230 gsm AirSherpa lining is paneled through the body where a seated hunter loses heat first, with 130 gsm 3X-Tricot where the bib needs to slide over a base layer instead of grip it. Worn with the L2 Jacket the system carries a 20°F to 50°F range depending on how you layer, and the knitted face stays quiet against brush, bark and a bow riser.

Full-length side zips run both legs, so the bib goes on and off over boots without breaking down your setup at the base of the tree. A full-length front zip opens the front for venting on the walk in. The rear rise sits high and the crossed suspenders adjust at side release buckles, so the fit holds over a layer without pulling. Storage sits where you reach for it: side entry hand pockets and a zip closed thigh pocket on each leg, above reinforced, articulated knees.

This garment is an athletic fit, built conservative to keep excess fabric and bulk out of the way. Articulation through paneling and sculpting moves with your activity while keeping the garment profile discrete. We suggest ordering true to size, as the fit still accommodates mild layering underneath.
