Made from 250gsm of high-quality merino wool, this hoodie delivers unmatched temperature regulation, moisture-wicking, and odor resistance, making it the ultimate base layer for long days in the field. Whether worn alone in early/mid season or layered in the bitter cold, the Merino PreCore Base Layer Hoodie keeps you comfortable for all day sits. Features include 250gsm high quality merino wool, 3 piece hood, paneled sleeves, mesh-lined kangaroo pocket with venting, 2-piece stretch sleeve cuffs with thumb holes, and elastic gripper tape on back hem. Regular Sizes: M-3XL. Tall Sizes: LT-2XT.

Essential Component to have in your PACK
Recently purchased this product along with the bottoms for layering during the whitetail bow season. Top is super comfortable and love the longer back than front feature with it. I normally don't wear my hood up when hunting because it hinders my vision, but I wear this up the whole time. It doesn't have really much resistance when turning my head and for me my vision doesn't get affected while hunting. It's not too thick that you can't hear surroundings but it is thick enough to keep you warm. I have worn this to layer with the FairWinds Merino set and also the Zone 7 and both were comfortable.

Only base you’ll need
I cannot leave the house without this garment. I wear it hunting with a vest or around town everyday. For the southwest it’s perfect year round.

Great Base layer Hoodie!
I wish they made a matching base layer 1/2 belt pants. I’d buy them. I own the camo set and love them. I wear them around the house and when I go to town. Love these!!!
