Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Insyte Advantage LLC, DBA Code of Silence, located in Sidney, Nebraska ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is co-promoted by the following partner brands: G5 Outdoors, PO Box 59, Memphis, Michigan 48051; Hunt Arsenal LLC, 1215B Weiss St., Frankenmuth, Michigan 48734; Prime Archery, PO Box 59, Memphis, Michigan 48051; and Victory Archery, 1945 Kellogg Ave., Carlsbad, California 92008. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Code of Silence, any co-sponsor partner brands, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on August 14, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on September 4, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Base Entry (Required): During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official entry page at https://www.codeofsilence.com/pages/best-in-bowhunting-sweepstakes and complete the entry form by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Submission of a completed entry form constitutes one (1) base entry into the Sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Bonus Entries (Optional): Entrants may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) additional entry per action:

• Follow Code of Silence (@codeofsilencegear) on Instagram
• Follow Hunt Arsenal (@huntarsenal) on Instagram
• Follow Prime Archery (@primearchery) on Instagram
• Follow G5 Outdoors (@g5outdoors) on Instagram
• Follow Victory Archery (@victory_archery) on Instagram

To receive credit for bonus entries, entrants must provide their Instagram username in the optional field on the entry form. Bonus entries will be verified prior to the winner drawing. All Instagram follows must be maintained through the winner drawing date. Unfollowing any brand prior to the drawing will result in forfeiture of that bonus entry.

Maximum entries per person: one (1) base entry plus one (1) per brand followed, for a maximum of six (6) total entries per person.

Limit: One (1) base entry per person, per email address, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a complete treestand and saddle hunting setup consisting of the following products contributed by Sponsor and co-sponsor partner brands:

• Code of Silence VTSystems apparel — VTS1 Anorak, VTS1 Pant, VTS2 Anorak, VTS2 Highback Pant, VTS Cap, and Approach Pack (total retail value $1,330.00)
• G5 Outdoors MegaMeat Broadhead, 3-Pack (retail value $71.95)
• Prime Archery Prime Divide Bow (retail value $1,699.00)
• Hunt Arsenal CLOUD FLEXX Saddle, GLYDE Bundle, HIGHRIDE Suspenders, SAFEGRIP Tether Handle, and MICRO RETRAX Hoist (total retail value $406.00)
• Victory Archery Rival X Arrows, 2 dozen (retail value $519.96)

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $4,026.91. Actual value may vary. No cash or other substitution of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or around September 7th. The random drawing will be conducted by Code of Silence or its designated representative.

The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry and/or by Instagram direct message within 10 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days or an alternate winner may be selected. Code of Silence is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, lost, or delayed.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Tax Reporting

If the ARV of the prize awarded to any single winner equals or exceeds six hundred dollars ($600), Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection of your name and email address for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting the winner, and sharing your information with co-sponsor partner brands as described below.

Data Sharing: By submitting your entry, you expressly consent to having your name and email address shared with all co-sponsor partner brands listed in Section 1 of these Official Rules. Each co-sponsor partner brand may use your information to send you promotional offers and marketing communications via email. You may unsubscribe from any partner brand's email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in their emails. Your information will not be sold to any third party outside of this Sweepstakes partnership.

SMS: No SMS or text message marketing consent is collected through this Sweepstakes. Entrant data may not be used for SMS marketing purposes by Sponsor or any co-sponsor partner brand.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, lost, late, or misdirected entries.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Code of Silence, all co-sponsor partner brands, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

12. Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising from or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

13. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@codeofsilence.com with the subject line "Best in Bowhunting Sweepstakes — Winner Request" within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
